This Mach5 will transform your Flex and Secco grinders into a powerful profile edging system that grinds and polishes both marble and granite. You can easily add any desired diamond router bits and polishing pads from the drop down box. By choosing additional products in the drop down boxes, the corresponding cost will be added to your total. After you have made your selections click the "Update Price" button and proceed to checkout using the "Add To Cart" button below. You can view the Mach5 in action by clicking the video tab below. The mach5 has the ability to profile and polish edges when used with 6 position router bit sets and variable speed grinder. Optional router bits sold on this site are position one only. To produce a polished result after the edge is shaped you will need to use a wet polisher and diamond pads. You can choose the optional Secco wet polisher and a set of granite diamond pads to accomplish this task.

Designed and manufactured in the USA, the Mach5 router will transform most standard stone polishers and grinders into amazingly easy to use and portable granite and stone routers. Use your current wet or dry handheld grinder, air powered or electric. This unit will fit many popular constant and variable speed grinders. The Mach5 router was designed to fill the need for an affordable, compact, powerful, fully adjustable portable router for profiling and polishing the edges of granite and stone up to 4cm.

Weighing in at a lean 6 pounds, this router is the lightest hydro float router available. The light weight design prevents the tool from catching processed stone and grinding it into the top surface under its own weight. The hydro float base also incorporates specifically engineered waterways that flush out processed stone so you won�t have to worry about this tool leaving unwanted scratches on the stone surface.
Considerable emphasis is placed on the lubrication of the diamond tooling. Special water delivery jets are strategically placed within the hydro float base; these jets deliver an abundance of vital coolant directly to the entire diamond bit and grinding area. The Mach5 router can also be coupled with
a center water feed grinder or polisher to allow additional water delivery through diamond tools equipped with water deliver channels.

Larger routers often need to be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair if the unit fails or the motor needs to be replaced. With out moving parts to break, there is no need to worry about days or even weeks of down time, just change the broken grinder and your back in business!

This patent pending direct-drive system eliminates the need for moving parts in the router itself, which means there are no belts to replace or gear drives to maintain! The direct-drive system allows your grinder to deliver 100% of its power directly to the bit so there is no belt slippage which can cause a
decreased spindle rpm while under load.

The versatility of this tool will allow you to run the most popular electric angle grinders and polishers on the market as well as most pneumatic air grinders and polishers! The power and spindle rpm range is limited only to the power and variable speed range of the grinder you use with the Mach5.
