Description   This metal bonded diamond router bit has been manufactured to be used on stone routers utilizing 7/8” arbor such as the Mach5 and other popular stone machines. Our position 1 metal bonded router bits have 3.5mm of diamond matrix depth and utilize a 20/30 grit diamond for quick stock removal or position 1 grinding. Premium diamond router bits remove the granite material to shape the edge to the desired shape. The diamond router bit is a course 20/30 for fast stock removal. The Mach5 router base incorporates special water jets directed at the diamond router bit at the working surface to ensure proper lubrication.
